The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The rooms were amazingly clean and tidy, albeit a bit tight, and I even got a free upgrade to the Chatsworth Suite which was more than comfortable, equipped with fresh towels, shower gels, and shampoo. The service was top-notch with incredibly friendly and helpful staff, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location was excellent, just a short walk north of North Pier and with easy access to local transportation. The dining experience was absolutely beautiful with a variety of options to choose from. However, it would have been even better to have halal products available. Overall, a great value for money.
